What does the Firenze necklace represent?
From the Handmade Romance series, this necklace features a charming four-leaf clover made of flame-cast glass paste in Paris. Hanging from a delicately gold-plated chain crafted by our Parisian artisan, this pendant is worn as a true talisman, symbolizing luck and renewal.
What colors are available for Firenze?
Several shades: blue, turquoise, jade, emerald with ruby center, smoky, black with coral center, ruby, crystal. Each color is flame-cast.
What is the difference with the Napoli necklace?
Same gesture, two styles. Napoli and Firenze belong to the Romance Artisanale series. Each interprets the clover in its own design, one with a delicate chain and the other with pearly beads.
Is the Firenze necklace handmade?
Yes. The flame glass casting and the assembly of the jewelry are entirely done in our workshop at 231 Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris.
Does La Maison ship Firenze internationally?
Yes. DDP shipping (taxes and customs included) to the United States and Gulf countries. Tax refund in-store for customers outside the European Union.

Exceptional expertise

In Françoise Montague's creations, the glass is melted at over 800°C with a flame. Our artisans fuse colored glass rods onto a copper framework, shaped by hand.

Small bubbles, slight asymmetries, and veins caused by the torch smoke reveal the handcrafting process. A perfectly smooth and symmetrical piece betrays industrial production.

Since 1945

The house of Françoise Montague was founded in 1945, heir to a Parisian jewelry workshop passed down by her mother. Françoise's style quickly became distinctive and recognizable: enameled and iridescent glass beads, unique craftsmanship, and boundless creativity. Within a few years, the house made a name for itself among lovers of characterful jewelry, staying true to a standard that has never wavered.

In 1978, a new chapter began. At just twenty-one years old, Marion Stern took the reins with the ambition to take the house even further. A visionary, she explored new territories and forged connections beyond borders: as early as 1981, Françoise Montague’s creations reached Asia, the Middle East, and the West. In 1998, she took a decisive step by opening the boutique at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, in the heart of Paris’s fashion and luxury district.

Today, the story continues. In June 2023, I joined the adventure in turn. My name is Rebecca Mamou-Stern, and with my engineer’s perspective and all the expertise passed down before me, I bring this house to life, between heritage and modernity. Every creation that leaves the workshop extends this story and writes it a little further.
