The workshop as architect

Each pearl is selected one by one for its orient, roundness, and depth of color. It is then drilled, knotted, or set according to the composition. The metal that accompanies it is gold-plated with fine gold by our Parisian master gilder. The result is a piece where the ornament gives way to the material itself.
