It all begins with a rod of colored glass, a flame, and a copper wire. Heated to more than eight hundred degrees, the glass becomes pliable, and the hand gives it shape in a single gesture. Each piece is created one after another, never identical to the previous one.
Molten glass stands the test of time, but it cannot withstand impacts or abrasion. A few simple steps are enough to preserve its material:
- Clean it with a soft, dry cloth, never using an abrasive product or an ultrasonic cleaner
- Store it safely, away from metal pieces that could scratch the surface.
- Avoid applying perfumes and hairsprays directly to the jewelry
- Remove it before exercising, swimming, and sleeping

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (longer during periods of high demand, trade shows, or inventory counts). Pre-order items are shipped from the date indicated on the product page; if an order includes two pre-order items, the package is shipped once it is complete (the later date).

International: Colissimo International or DHL Express, at your choice (estimated 4 to 8 business days depending on the carrier). Free delivery in metropolitan France on orders over €300, and worldwide on orders over €1500. For the United States and Gulf countries, the price is all-inclusive (DDP): no customs fees are charged upon delivery.

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. For deliveries within metropolitan France, a prepaid return label is available in your customer account. For deliveries outside metropolitan France, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
