Transparency is our priority. Every vintage jewelry piece is carefully inspected to guarantee an accurate description of its history. Here is how we classify our second-hand pieces:
- Excellent condition (Mint): A rare piece, close to new. The plating is flawless and the crystals are intact. Ideal for discerning collectors or for giving an exceptional gift.
- Very good condition: The jewelry has been worn with care. It may show tiny micro-scratches invisible to the naked eye or a very slight natural patina, a testament to its authenticity, without affecting its shine.
- Good condition: A piece that embraces its history. Slight signs of aging (fading of the plating in areas subject to friction, small marks) are visible but contribute to the unique charm of the antique jewelry.
- Fair condition: A treasure that has seen a lot of life. The wear is more pronounced, or minor restoration may be necessary. An opportunity to acquire a designer piece at an attractive price.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (longer during periods of high demand, trade shows, or inventory counts). Pre-order items are shipped from the date indicated on the product page; if an order includes two pre-order items, the package is shipped once it is complete (the later date).

International: Colissimo International or DHL Express, at your choice (estimated 4 to 8 business days depending on the carrier). Free delivery in metropolitan France on orders over €300, and worldwide on orders over €1500. For the United States and Gulf countries, the price is all-inclusive (DDP): no customs fees are charged upon delivery.

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. For deliveries within metropolitan France, a prepaid return label is available in your customer account. For deliveries outside metropolitan France, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
