Short Sakura Earrings
The Sakura line was created at the beginning of 2026, as we were preparing for a trip to Japan in early spring, the season of cherry blossoms. This short hoop takes its inspiration from the flower. The glass paste petals rest on the earlobe and are held in place by a clip, with no piercing required. The glass is flame-worked in Paris, and each petal has its own color and transparency.
Short, it stays close to the face and does not move. With a turtleneck sweater and jeans, it is enough to complete the outfit. In the evening, with a black dress and hair swept up, it becomes the only piece of jewelry anyone notices. For a wedding, it can be paired with the Sakura ear cuff on the same ear. This is a statement piece that can be worn from morning to evening.
Tout commence avec une baguette de verre coloré, une flamme et un fil de cuivre. Chauffé à plus de huit cents degrés, le verre devient pâte, et la main lui donne sa forme. Chaque pièce naît l'une après l'autre, jamais identique à la précédente.
Le verre fondu traverse le temps, mais il ne supporte ni le choc ni l'abrasion. Quelques précautions simples suffisent à préserver sa matière.
- Nettoyer avec un chiffon doux et sec, sans produit abrasif ni nettoyeur à ultrasons.
- Ranger à l'abri, à l'écart des pièces métalliques susceptibles de rayer la surface.
- Éviter les parfums et les laques appliqués directement sur le bijou.
- Retirer avant le sport, la baignade et le sommeil.
Les commandes sont préparées et expédiées sous 2 à 5 jours ouvrés, délai prolongé en période de forte demande, salons ou inventaires. Les articles en pré-commande sont expédiés à partir de la date indiquée sur la fiche ; si la commande comprend deux articles en pré-commande, le colis part une fois complet, à la date la plus éloignée.

International : Colissimo International ou DHL Express au choix, 4 à 8 jours ouvrés indicatifs selon le transporteur. Livraison gratuite en France métropolitaine dès 300 € d'achat, et partout dans le monde dès 1500 €. Pour les États-Unis et les pays du Golfe, le prix est tout compris, aucun frais de douane à la réception.

14 jours à compter de la réception pour retourner un article. Pour une livraison en France métropolitaine, une étiquette de retour prépayée est disponible dans votre espace client. Hors France métropolitaine, les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.

In Françoise Montague creations, glass is shaped in the flame at over 800°C. Our artisans melt colored glass rods onto a copper framework, shaped by hand.
Small bubbles, slight asymmetries, and veining caused by the torch flame reveal the handcrafting. A perfectly smooth and symmetrical piece betrays industrial production.
