Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (longer during periods of high demand, trade shows, or inventory counts). Pre-order items are shipped from the date indicated on the product page; if an order includes two pre-order items, the package is shipped once it is complete (the later date).

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. For delivery within Metropolitan France, a prepaid return label is available in your customer account. For deliveries outside Metropolitan France, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
