The Powers Sautoir measures 80 cm, a length calibrated for triple use. Worn singly, it falls along the torso. Doubled around the neck, it tightens into two distinct rows. As a jewelry belt, it ties or drapes at the waist or hips, over a flowing dress, a structured blazer, or a high-waisted skirt. It is this third use that makes the Powers a wardrobe piece, not just a piece of jewelry. A private appointment at the workshop at 231 Rue Saint-Honoré allows you to see each configuration in a real-life setting.

Are the rhinestones on the Powers Sautoir of good quality?

Yes. The washers of the Powers Sautoir are made of high-quality crystal, selected for the consistency of its cut and the purity of its sparkle. What is the difference between the Sapphire color and the Nude color?

The Sapphire color combines washers in deep blue and navy shades with clear crystals, creating a strong and confident presence that stands out against a dark solid background or formal outfit. Rhinestone sautoir, long or belt

Worn long over a dark dress, it defines an evening silhouette. Doubled over a knit, it dresses up daytime wear. Tied at the waist, it becomes a belt and enlivens a structured jacket. A statement piece designed to last and be passed down, the Powers Sautoir pairs well with other long pieces from the House.

A signature piece from the workshop, crafted in small series and available in sapphire or ivory crystal. Each order is delivered in its case sealed by hand with our wax seal. To see both shades side by side, make an appointment at the boutique.

Handcrafted, 231 Rue Saint-Honoré

Each washer is individually assembled in our Parisian workshop, just steps from Place Vendôme. The cascading assembly down to the tassel pendant and the adjustment of the modular system engage the eye and hand of an artisan. The metal is plated with 24-carat fine gold by a Parisian specialist. The Powers Sautoir extends the couture craftsmanship passed down in the House since 1945.

Care
Remove your necklace before sleeping, bathing, showering, or applying perfume. Store it flat in its case, away from light and humidity. A gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth restores the sparkle of the crystal and metal after each wear.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (extended during high demand periods, trade shows, or inventory). Pre-order items are shipped from the date indicated on the product page; if the order includes two pre-order items, the package is sent once complete (the latest date).
Mainland France: Colissimo 13H (next-day delivery, Monday to Friday) or standard Colissimo (2 to 3 business days). International: Colissimo International or DHL Express, your choice (4 to 8 business days estimated depending on the carrier). The house of Françoise Montague was founded in 1945, heir to a Parisian jewelry workshop passed down by her mother. Françoise's style quickly became distinctive and recognizable: enameled and iridescent glass beads, unique craftsmanship, and boundless creativity. Within a few years, the house made a name for itself among lovers of characterful jewelry, staying true to a standard that has never wavered.

In 1978, a new chapter began. At just twenty-one years old, Marion Stern took the reins with the ambition to take the house even further. A visionary, she explored new territories and forged connections beyond borders: as early as 1981, Françoise Montague’s creations reached Asia, the Middle East, and the West. In 1998, she took a decisive step by opening the boutique at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, in the heart of Paris’s fashion and luxury district.

Today, the story continues. In June 2023, I joined the adventure in turn. My name is Rebecca Mamou-Stern, and with my engineer’s perspective and all the expertise passed down before me, I bring this house to life, between heritage and modernity. Every creation that leaves the workshop extends this story and writes it a little further.
