The essence of the Ilona Pearl Necklace lies in one gesture: knotting. Between each lustrous pearl and each crystal rondelle, the workshop makes a hand-tied knot, a technique inherited from necklaces of the past. This painstaking work ensures the strand’s flexibility, its natural drape, and protects each pearl from rubbing against the others. Nothing is glued, nothing is rushed: the thread is knotted, pearl by pearl, all the way to the clasp.
Touches of crystal rondelles between the pearls bring the light. It is this time devoted to handcraft, passed down through the Maison since 1945, that explains the piece’s value.

Care
Like genuine pearls, pearlescent beads do not react well to perfume or cosmetics. Remove it before sleeping, bathing, or showering. Store it in its case, away from light and moisture, and restore its shine with a soft, dry cloth.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (longer during periods of high demand, trade shows, or inventory counts). Pre-order items are shipped from the date indicated on the product page; if an order includes two pre-order items, the package is shipped once it is complete (the later date).
Metropolitan France: Colissimo 13H (next-day delivery, Monday to Friday) or standard Colissimo (2 to 3 business days). International: Colissimo International or DHL Express, at your choice (estimated 4 to 8 business days depending on the carrier). Free delivery in metropolitan France on orders over €300, and worldwide on orders over €1500. For the United States and Gulf countries, the price is all-inclusive (DDP): no customs fees are charged upon delivery.

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. For deliveries within metropolitan France, a prepaid return label is available in your customer account. For deliveries outside metropolitan France, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
