What are the Mayfair Clip Earrings by Françoise Montague?
The Mayfair Clip Earrings are a creation by Françoise Montague: a sculptural pair made of metal set with crystal rhinestone washers, handcrafted in our Parisian workshop at 231 Rue Saint-Honoré. They come in three finishes: gold, silver, and two-tone gold and silver.
Can you wear the Mayfair Earrings without having pierced ears?
Yes. The Mayfair Earrings come with an adjustable clip clasp: they are suitable for all ears, pierced or not. The clip adjusts for a secure and comfortable fit, without the need for piercing.
What metal are the Mayfair Earrings made of?
The Mayfair Earrings are made of brass plated with fine 24-carat gold for the gold version, silver-plated for the silver version, and both finishes combined for the two-tone version. The decoration consists of crystal rhinestone washers. Françoise Montague creates haute couture jewelry, made of plated brass and not solid precious metal.
Are the Mayfair Earrings available in multiple colors, and can you create a matching set?
Yes. The Mayfair Earrings come in gold, silver, and two-tone gold and silver. They were designed to complement the Mabrouk Choker from the Maison. Our experts welcome you at 231 Rue Saint-Honoré to create a harmony during a private styling appointment.
Is tax refund and international shipping available for the Mayfair Earrings?
Yes. Tax refund is applied in-store, at 231 Rue Saint-Honoré, for our international customers visiting Paris. Internationally, prices include taxes and customs: DDP shipping for the United States and Gulf countries, VAT included prices for the European Union.

Unique expertise since 1945

The house of Françoise Montague was founded in 1945, heir to a Parisian jewelry workshop passed down by her mother. Françoise's style quickly became distinctive and recognizable: enameled and iridescent glass beads, unique craftsmanship, and boundless creativity. Within a few years, the house made a name for itself among lovers of characterful jewelry, staying true to a standard that has never wavered.

In 1978, a new chapter began. At just twenty-one years old, Marion Stern took the reins with the ambition to take the house even further. A visionary, she explored new territories and forged connections beyond borders: as early as 1981, Françoise Montague’s creations reached Asia, the Middle East, and the West. In 1998, she took a decisive step by opening the boutique at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, in the heart of Paris’s fashion and luxury district.

Today, the story continues. In June 2023, I joined the adventure in turn. My name is Rebecca Mamou-Stern, and with my engineer’s perspective and all the expertise passed down before me, I bring this house to life, between heritage and modernity. Every creation that leaves the workshop extends this story and writes it a little further.
