Transparency is our priority. Each vintage jewel is meticulously inspected to guarantee an accurate description of its history. Here is how we classify our second-hand pieces:

• Excellent condition (Mint): A rare piece, close to new. The gilding is perfect and the crystals intact. Ideal for discerning collectors or for giving an exceptional gift.

• Very good condition: The jewel has been worn with care. It may show tiny micro-scratches invisible to the naked eye or a very slight natural patina, a sign of its authenticity, without diminishing its brilliance.

• Good condition: A piece that embraces its history. Light signs of wear (fading of the gilding in friction areas, small marks) are visible but contribute to the unique charm of the antique jewel.

• Fair condition: A treasure that has lived a lot. The wear is more pronounced or a small restoration may be necessary. An opportunity to acquire a designer piece at a low price.

All our jewels are sold cleaned and checked.

The metal is original golden brass. The cabochons are fantasy pearls with a pearly finish.

To keep your jewelry in pristine condition for longer, we advise removing them before sleeping and taking them off before bathing or showering.

Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within a timeframe of 24 to 72 working hours. This timeframe may be extended during periods of high demand, such as holiday seasons, trade shows, or inventory counts.

Shipments of pre-ordered items begin from the date specified on the product sheet. If your order includes two pre-ordered items, the package will be shipped as soon as it is complete, according to the furthest date.

Delivery in Metropolitan France is provided by Colissimo 13H (24 hours after shipping, Monday to Friday), Colissimo (2-3 days), and internationally (5-6 days). Delivery in Metropolitan France is free for orders of €250 and above with Colissimo.

Product Returns

You have a period of 14 days from receipt to return an item that does not meet your expectations. If your delivery was made in Metropolitan France, you have access to a prepaid return label that can be downloaded from your customer area. A fixed processing fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund.

For deliveries outside of Metropolitan France, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
